Training is one of my favorite forms of self care. Got a good back workout this morning 🤘🏼 full workout listed below! ⠀ 🔹Reverse grip pulldown 4x10-12 🔹Static hold seated cable row 4x8 per arm 🔹1 arm DB row 3x8-10 🔹Cable pull through FST7 (7 sets, 10-12 reps w/ 30 second rest between sets) 🔹Pull-ups *always SO HARD at the end 😅* 3xfailure ⠀ Happy weekend!! Last night’s #feelgoodfriday workout 🥵 I mentioned not loving my workouts recently, so whenever that happens I like to switch it up, challenge myself, SWEAT & have fun!This session 1,000% did the trick & left me feeling amaaaazing. If you’re looking for something a bit different than your usual, try it out! Little bit of weights, core & hiit all rolled into one 🤘🏼 You are never limited to training one certain way just because it’s what you’re used to. let’s go! ⠀ • Front squat superset w/ shoulder press: 4 sets, 10-15 reps, 30 seconds between sets • Both up, one down: 3 sets of 30 seconds, 30 seconds rest between sets • Slider mountain climbers: 3 sets of 30 seconds, 30 seconds rest between sets • AirDyne sprints: 5 sets of 10 calories, 30 seconds rest between sprints • TRX knee tuck to pike: 3 sets of 30 seconds, 30 seconds rest between sets ⠀ Song: Brainwash - @calscruby Cropped hoodie: @gymshark

Full workout listed below :) ⠀ • Squat/stiff leg dead superset: 4 sets, 6-8 reps for squats//12-15 reps for sldl • Extension drop sets: 4 sets, 10 reps, drop weight, 8-10 reps, drop weight, failure • Narrow stance leg press: 4 sets, 10-12 reps • Walking lunges: 3 sets, 8 steps down, 8 steps back • Calf raise on leg press: 2 sets w/ toes neutral, 2 sets w/ toes pointed out x15 reps ⠀ Fueled by 1 scoop EVP + 1 scoop Glycoject alwayssss on leg day 🔥💪🏼 @evogennutrition
