I remember asking God, how can we have the mind of Christ ( 1 Corinth. 2:16 ) if your thoughts are not like our own ( Isaiah 55:8-9)? . . And He began to explain to me the difference between your thoughts, and your mind. And all this time I thought they were basically he same thing!!! What He said to me was this: your thoughts are compiled from many different sources, the enemy, your friends, yourself, etc. but your MIND is the highway on which the thoughts travel on. . . Podemos decir que una persona tiene una enfermedad psicosomática cuando presenta uno o más síntomas físicos, que tras un examen médico, estos síntomas no son explicados por una enfermedad médica. Es decir, el médico no encuentra una causa física real que haya provocado la aparición de dichos síntomas. Sin embargo, esto no quiere decir que las personas no sientan ese dolor o síntoma que refiere, sino que la causa de éste no es física sino emocional. Today was an exhausting ☝🏻. I had moments of pure frustration, continuing to teach myself about dealing with live product and delicate flowers such as #poppies. I found myself stressing out about whether or not my designs are good, which is honestly a form of self-torture that I’ve never experienced before. Designing for someone else is seriously a totally different world of stress. All I can do after I’ve labored and torn over something so many times is to stop and accept that I did the very best that I could (gave it all I got) and release it back into the universe. (Prt. 1)I'll try to keep this shorter then the last M.I. post. So, I've been wanting to do this for a long time. As you can see my post have been a little weird for fam and friends, with metal, depression, suicide, anxiety. Or you havn't noticed and swiped through, now you'll know. I'm actually scared to do this, but this quote is fitting, and very relatable. My life has only improved in drastic matters by doing the things I was beyond scared of doing. And I think this is damn important. Over the years as I have changed i met new people and listened to their stories of bravery and and how they cope through their different ups and downs in life. I felt so damn good being someone who they trusted and shared hard stories of theirs. But also realized how ashamed they seemed to feel about it. It reminded me of how ashamed i was, and that shame nearly took my life(I'm not saying this lightly). So many people tore me down with their words and feelings they had of me, that for some reason I needed them to build me back up by trying so hard to change their minds to make me feel better and accepted. I learned the hard way, that the only words of acceptance needed was to be by my own voice. Once I began, things changed slowly yet surely. The reason why I am changing my profile up a little bit, is because hearing others and seeing them feel like they couldnt speak up, or were shy about it, or not able to share their problems out of shame and staying uncomfortable to keep others comfortable, made me want to speak up for them. So maybe i can in my own way. For when I shared my story, they felt they could share theirs and the way they finally got to relax was so rewarding for the both of us. I want to do that for anyone and everyone who needs that modivation to be themselves, to not be ashamed they lose their minds everynow and then. Anyway. This is NOT for attention. If it was I would be like...LOOK AT MY ART PAGE ➡➡ @C.AAMOLD_ART ⬅⬅ LOOK AT IT GIVE MY ART ATTENTION...DO IT!....get my drift? I have more important things to do with my time then flaunt shit. Walking was what made the biggest difference for me personally. I could see noticeable changes in the amount of stress or anxiety I was feeling if I got in a minimum of 30 minutes each day. Let’s talk food and mental health. Did you know 95% of your serotonin is produced in your gastrointestinal tract? What that means for you: what you eat can help guide your emotions. The production of the serotonin neurotransmitter is influenced by the amount of good bacteria in your gut- which includes a lot of probiotics, fruits, and veggies. The good bacteria create a barrier in your intestines that protect against toxins and improve how you absorb nutrients, and ultimately, activate the direct neural pathways between your gut and brain. When you're in your mummy's tummy your neural crest gets divided in two; your CNS (Central Nervous System), and ENS (Enteric Nervous System) - diagram following tomorrow.  The gut is connected to the brain via the vagus nerve (nerve super highway).   I've mentioned how the two work together a lot this week but today I would like to focus solely on the emotions.  Most people don't even know that their mood is being affected by an imbalanced gut. Problem is, an imbalanced gut often leads to behaviour that makes things worse.  Giving in to cravings for sugar, processed food, refined carbs, drugs, alcohol, all exacerbate the imbalance in the gut causing the brain and hormones to get out of whack.  This gets worse as your self-esteem begins to take a hit. Not just from your body's signals but also because you're likely beating yourself up for your food choices.  Low self-esteem leads to poor life choices. Spending time with people who don't value you, and doing things that match how you feel about yourself.   This is a common situation which often leads to more self beating resulting in bigger emotional imbalances. These imbalances feed the gut and body (explained in earlier posts) and can lead to some serious health issues.  Further, if you're highly sensitive, the gut is also the emotional processing centre. So if you are prone to being influenced by negative energy, this can compound what's going on for you in a big way. Take a trial day (of half the times) to see if your time guesses were reasonable. Adjust accordingly. ~ 4.) Be aware of the anxiety you will initially face while you adjust to not turning to your phone for so many things. It will get better if you embrace the feeling and let it pass. Breathe through it and ask yourself what you’ve decided to focus on in that moment. Know your WHY!!! ~ 5.) Try setting a time limit to check in online with urgent messages in the morning and then don’t check again until you’ve completed your priorities for the day. Your messages will be waiting for you, as they should. ~ 6.) Don’t give up. It takes time. You will have good days and bad days. Each day is a new day to try again. Try a different routine tomorrow if today’s didn’t work. Keep trying. ~ 7.) Get another person involved or aware of what you’re facing in your life. "O Excesso de Trabalho e a Qualidade de Vida" - O excesso de trabalho é evidente hoje em dia, o que por muitas vezes atrapalha na qualidade de vida das pessoas, afetando seu emocional, seu corpo físico, enfim, trazendo problemas. . Com a globalização que atinge o mundo atualmente, as empresas fazem com que seus funcionários trabalhem por excessivas horas, o que por muitas vezes, é prejudicial não só para o corpo físico, mas também o psicológico, o que pode ocasionar o estresse e outras doenças decorrentes pelo esforço exigido. Porém trabalhar por tantas horas, durante um período extenso, diminui o nível de produtividade, pois ultrapassa os limites do ser humano. Os funcionários são, acima de tudo, seres humanos e não máquinas, portanto não conseguem trabalhar tanto tempo sem que as condições básicas sejam atendidas, tais como: funções fisiológicas, mentais e acima de tudo, um tempo para seus familiares e amigos. .
